Made from 35-year-old vines planted at 5500 vines/ha on a deep gravel terroir resting on a sandy-clay subsoil, this wine is the emblematic red blend of the Respide vineyard, composed of 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon. Following malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for 6 months in tuns.
