the wine:its color is pale yellow, brilliant and limpid. This white wine expresses aromas of white flowers, citrus and pineapple. When tasted, it is distinguished by its balance. Its lively, fruity character is accompanied by a fleshy, supple body. Its long finish ends on a subtly acidic note.
Ageing and food pairing:this wine, ready to be enjoyed, can be kept for another 2 to 3 years. It can be served as an aperitif with tapas or slices of cured ham. It goes perfectly with fish, especially smoked salmon, shellfish and crustaceans. It also goes equally well with cured ham and white meats.
