In a few words ...

Straw-yellow color. Fruity notes of white peach, pear and sweet citrus, with light yeasty touches on the bouquet. Harmonious, soft with delicate acidity and a little finesse on the palate. Finely fruity, sparkling and fresh. Vinification is carried out using traditional methods. The grapes are harvested when ripe and the stalks are removed. This is followed by a 12-day maceration period before the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in stainless steel vats before being bottled for sale. Château du Tertre is located in the Massugas commune, on the south-eastern edge of the Bordeaux appellation. The vines, on average 25 years old, are planted on clay and limestone soils. Annual production is around 100,000 bottles. The estate's philosophy is to produce wines that are accessible and harmonious, while representing the typical characteristics of the region.
