The vineyard of Château Haut La Grâce Dieu is located in the commune of Saint-Emilion, and bears the Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée: Saint-Emilion Grand Cru. Château Haut La Grâce Dieu is a blend of two parcels: one on the clay-limestone hillside (adjacent to Ch. Tertre Roteboeuf), the other on deep sandy soil adjacent to Ch. Rol Valentin. This wine expresses the natural power of two of Saint-Emilion's benchmark terroirs. It has won numerous awards each year, and is indisputably recognized as one of Saint-Emilion's finest Grand Cru wines. In 2011, Château Haut La Grâce Dieu was a finalist in the Coupe des Grands Cru for the 2006, 2007 and 2008 vintages among the 80 Saint-Emilion Grands Crus.
