In a few words ...
"the year 2014 was full of twists and turns. The mild winter and dull summer forced the vineyard team to redouble their vigilance in the vines. The magnificent month of September enabled the fruit to be harvested at full maturity. Harvesting took place from October 15 to 16, with traditional vinification in temperature-controlled concrete vats. Ageing takes place in new barrels for 85% and in one-wine barrels for between 15 and 16 months. Château La Fleur 2014 is a fresh, elegant wine. The bouquet is dominated by red fruits. Empyreumatic notes develop, along with hints of spice. Full-bodied on the palate. The tannins, still a little young and well concentrated, promise a good evolution for this delightful Saint-Emilion."
