Château lacaussade st martin is a fruity wine, with aromas of red berries and a long finish. A pleasurable wine, to be drunk young.serve at 17°c.ideal with red meats, game, cheeses, etc..vinification: each plot is vinified individually in small-capacity stainless steel vats. Temperature control combined with excellent control of vatting and pumping-over produce a round, fleshy wine that will age mainly in vats and partially in barrels before bottling.
