In a few words ...
Situated on the Mondot hillock, with a superb clay-limestone terroir facing the village of Saint-Emilion, Troplong Mondot dates back to the end of the 17th century. Owned by the Pariente family, this 1er Grand Cru Classé B is managed by Xavier Pariente, with the advice of oenologist Jean-Philippe Fort. J. Suckling: 96-97/100

Appearance
Ruby hue, with purplish reflection in youth.
Aroma
The notes of red fruits are very concentrated, behind them develop a wide range of aromas including vanilla and leather with aging in barrels.
Wine Fruity | Spicy
Taste
The three main varieties of the appellation come together and complement each other to magnify the whole. Merlot brings fruity, when Cabernet Sauvignon gives tannins and Cabernet Franc spicy notes.
