Even at full strength, it conveys freshness and fruitiness, yet is harmoniously balanced, the use of wood is tastefully integrated and the white wine is aromatic and persistent on the finish. A great Chardonnay to accompany extravagant fish dishes with spicy cream sauce, veal dishes, tender suckling pig in olive oil or, as a mature wine, foie gras or hard cheeses.
