This Pais originates from San Ignacio de Palomares, Ránquil, Itata Valley and comes from vines estimated to be 150 years old on granite soils on the slopes of the Cordillera. After fermentation, the wine is aged in old oak barrels and stainless steel tanks for 18 months.
