This is the classic blend with a touch of reserve wine and our three Champagne grape varieties: 40% Pinot noir, 40% Pinot meunier, 20% Chardonnay. This cuvée can be aged for 2 to 3 years. Light and lively on the palate, it's an ideal aperitif wine.
