"Des arômes d'amandes blanchies, de crème pâtissière, de zeste de citron, de pommes vertes et de fleurs blanches introduisent le Pouilly-Fuissé En Châtenay 2017, un vin mi-corsé, ample et texturé incisif et acidulé, combinant une maturité élevée avec une acidité prononcée d'une manière qui rappelle bizarrement le millésime blanc de Bourgogne de 1996 - une année qui n'a apparemment pas grand-chose en commun avec 2017. C'est un numéro haut de gamme, et son évolution sera intéressante à suivre."
