In a few words ...
The minerality of this schist terroir gives it great ageing potential. Having arrived for the 2007 harvest, Joseph Parcé and his wife Amandine have now taken over the reins of this estate. Fermentation in 400-liter barrels for several wines, daily stirring of the lees, controlled temperatures. Aged in 400-liter barrels for 6 to 8 months.

A smooth, slender wine with notes of yellow fruit and citrus.

Taste
On the palate, the texture is very soft, blending floral and white-fleshed fruit notes. The balance is excellent, with a refined minerality built around a ripe body. Hints of lemon, pear and white peach.
