In a few words ...
The attack is smooth, with ripe, juicy fruit, small-bubble foam that fills the palate and a good quarter of umami. Round and full, it has a sustained bitterness with dense extracted sweetness, notes of citrus oil, cherries and raspberries. Extremely present on the palate, it is homogeneous with well-integrated acidity and a lively, piquant character.
