Champagne Brut Nature, produced using sustainable viticulture methods, harvested by hand through successive sorting. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats, malolactic fermentation, traditional vinification. Blending, Traditional corking, Aged on laths for 4 to 5 years before disgorging. 45% Pinot meunier, 45% Pinot noir and 10% Chardonnay.
A beautiful structure with good complexity, yet long on the palate, a real treat!
