Appearance
Cuvée Grenat Millésime 2012 has a beautiful green-gold color. The train of bubbles reveals a calm, regular effervescence. The overall presentation of this cuvée evokes maturity.
Aroma
The first nose is rich. It expresses a bouquet of autumnal notes such as mirabelle plum, cinnamon, melted butter and acacia honey. Gradually, the earthy sensation asserts itself.

Taste
The attack on the palate is petulant and dynamic, then acidity and effervescence melt into the wine's body and the sensation becomes more tender and voluminous.
