The entire Domaine André Roger is located in the Aÿ commune, which is classified as a Grand Cru. Cuvée Extra Brut is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, and as the estate says, it's the wine that decides when it comes to ageing and malolactic fermentation. Aging takes place on lees for 36 months. This cuvée is dosed with less than 3 g/L of sugar. Cuvée extra brut is a blend of sweetness and freshness.

Appearance
Well-balanced blond color with golden highlights.
Aroma
The nose is complex. Ripe, candied fruit aromas evoke orange zest and lemon jam, with more subtle notes of acacia honey and lime blossom.

Taste
The attack is lively, but gives way to sweetness with notes of fresh butter and cream, giving it an unctuous character. The finish is fresh, with a hint of grapefruit.
