Cuvée Vieilles Vignes - Grand Cru Champagne André Roger Sparkling wine ● Champagne
No vintage 75clThe entire Domaine André Roger is located in the Aÿ commune, which is classified as a Grand Cru. The Cuvée Vieilles Vignes is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, and as the estate says, it's the wine that decides when it comes to ageing and malolactic fermentation. Aging takes place on lees for 36 months. The sugar content of this cuvée is 9 g/L. Cuvée vieilles vignes is typical of a single-varietal Champagne, and a Blanc de Noirs at that.
