Location: in the Loire Valley, west of Tours Soil: Dominantly clay-limestone, vines planted on hillsides and at the foot of hillsides. Vinification: 20-day maceration, 15% of juice bled, devatting, malolactic fermentation. Aged in barrel for 6 to 12 months.
