The "domaine de bel air" has been our family estate for 13 generations. Our vineyard is located on the southeast-facing slopes of the Butte de Saint Andelain, on the bouchot. Our classic cuvée, "domaine de bel air" is a complementary and harmonious blend of our different soil types: kimmeridgian marl, caillottes and limestone sands. The 2019 pouilly fumé "domaine de bel air" is round and beautifully fresh. It has an elegant balance between richness and expressiveness. . 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Sustainable viticulture, mechanical harvesting, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats, pressing, settling, ageing in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats, blending, light filtration, traditional corking, ageing on lees, clay-limestone soils.
