The estate?s plots are located at altitude (250 to 400m) along the Agly valley, and are planted with Grenache, Macabeu, Carignan, Syrah and Lledoner Pellut. The rich, arid terroir lends great freshness and complexity to the estate's wines. Cuvées are vinified in such a way as to preserve ansignan?s true identity: freshness, depth and length!
