In a few words ...
This cuvée has been vinified without the addition of SO2 from harvest to bottling. Sorting table, fermentation in concrete vats, extraction and moderate temperatures (28°C) for supple tannins. A wine dominated by brightness and freshness. With its lovely garnet-red color, Essentiel will seduce you with its nose of red and black berries. Supple on the palate, with rounded tannins enveloped by a soft, fruity flesh. This cuvée embodies the purity of our terroir.
