This fitou features mourvèdre, a deep ruby-red color, an expressive nose combining red fruits and spices, a rich, fruity palate, freshness, good volume and pleasant, fine-grained tannins. 40% grenache, 50% mourvèdre, 10% syrah. Organic viticulture, mechanical harvesting, total destemming, fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks, use of selected yeasts, malolactic fermentation, classic vinification, ageing in oak barrels, hand bottling, traditional cork stopper.
