Grape variety: 90% Muscat Ottonnel, 10% Muscat d'Alsace. Average age of vines: 30 years. Certified organic and biodynamic. Vines under controlled natural grassing and ploughing. Hand-picked on September 21, 2015. Aging: 6 months in oak barrels on fine lees until bottling. Vin Naturel (No added inputs or sulfites)
