In exceptional years, the grapes from the best plots at Maison Henri Martin are harvested at over-ripeness. The rich aromatic, fruity and spicy palette that characterizes this grape variety is exalted by the concentration and development of noble rot, "botrytis cinerea". Several years' cellar ageing before release is necessary to integrate the aromatic richness of this great gastronomic wine.

Beautiful gold color with amber highlights.

Gourmand and unctuous, it exalts spicy aromas combined with fruity notes of apricot, mango and lychee.

Very generous and ample. The fatness of the wine gives volume and unctuosity on the palate (honey). The exotic fruit notes express themselves with fantastic sweetness and are enhanced by a few spices on the finish. Very long on the palate.
