In a few words ...
Its light, porous granite soil forces the vines to draw their minerals from deep within the soil. Yields are close to 30 hl/hectare, allowing for greater concentration. This limited cuvée is aged for 12 months on fine lees in demi-muid, providing a perfect balance between fruit, power, structure and roasting. An exceptional wine in the Alsatian-Burgundian style.
