Ruby-red with violet nuances, impressive nose with raspberry and blackcurrant aromas and spicy notes. Supple on the palate, with fine, pleasant tannins. Well-balanced structure. The vineyards are all located southwest of the traditional city of Bordeaux, on the right bank of the Gironde. After harvesting and temperature-controlled fermentation, the wine is aged in the traditional way in steel vats, where it matures for several months before being bottled and released for sale. Since its creation in 1967, prodiffu has grown to 800 member winegrowers, who manage a total of 6 cooperative wineries. All the land is located south-east of Bordeaux, on the right bank of the Gironde. The strict focus on quality is regularly reflected in the high number of medals won at various competitions.
