"terroir: average age of vines: 12 years. Planting density: 3300 and 5000 vines/ha over 10 hectares. Soil type: sandy-clay. Vineyard work: tillage, sowing of green manure. Disbudding and manual leaf thinning. Phytosanitary cover with low-dose sulfur and copper, herbal teas and biodynamic preparations. Vinification: traditional vinification at 25° to 28°c with 2-week maceration and malolactic fermentation in vats and barrels. Aging: 20 months in vats and barrels (2%, 2 wines)".
