After sorting, the grapes are vatted for 3 weeks for rapid alcoholic fermentation, controlled by meticulous temperature control. Once malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine is aged for 4 months in stainless steel vats, with particular attention paid to protecting it from oxygenation.

Aroma
Intense nose of ripe fruit (strawberry, raspberry, blackberry), sweet licorice and dried flowers.
Taste
Round, fleshy and fruity on the palate, with hints of liquorice and pepper. Ripe, generous and finely structured.
