The winemaker

Castle Lioness is located near Bordeaux in the Graves region. Véronique Smati who took over the area in 2007, shows a fastidious knowledge of the region and its secrets. vineyard management Castle Lioness is reasoned, that the quintessence of grapes is extracted in the deepest respect for the land and consumers. At Castle Lioness, Cabernets, Merlots and small Verdot draw all the aromatic richness of the soil of the Graves. The balanced red wines, soft, fresh and fruity Castle are red wines of pleasure who appreciate young, but after several years of aging. White wines produced at Château, from Sauvignon and Semillon, appear on the fruit, finesse and freshness. They are elegant, complex and tasty, with aromas of citrus, white fruits. The exotic notes coexist with refinement clean minerality to the land of Graves. Real gems to discover.
