The winemaker

Château de Malle, listed building is a beautiful residence surrounded by amazing Italian gardens. Built at the turn of the seventeenth century by Jacques de Malle, descendant of an old family Preignac and President of the Bordeaux Parliament, he has remained ever since in the same family without ever being alienated. The area has experienced over the centuries many vicissitudes. The Castle was not regularly inhabited for almost two generations. In the early fifties Pierre de Bournazel took over the property inherited from his uncle and godfather Pierre de Lur-Saluces. Since the death of her husband in 1985, Countess of Bournazel is committed to continue his work.
