The winemaker
The exceptional terroir accumulates the sun's heat during the day to bring the grapes to optimal ripeness. The grape varieties are worked by hand, with quality and respect for the soil more important than yield. This is how Merlot, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Petit Verdo and Carmenère come together to produce powerful red wines, as well as rosés, by bleeding. White wines are made exclusively from Sauvignon.
