This cuvée was born from the idea of expressing all the quintessence of the terroir and the purity of the fruit, without artifice. the blending of wines from a meticulous plot selection enabled jérôme gouin to compose a cuvée that he believes represents the spirit of his terroir, and which he chose not to impregnate with woody aromas by maturing in underground concrete vats. 80% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Sustainable viticulture, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats, classic vinification, pre-fermentation cold maceration, technical corking, ageing in cement vats, clay-limestone soils, clay-gravel soils.
