This castle is a journey through time. In the 12th century, the Knights of St. John of Jerusalem established a commandery here to care for crusaders and pilgrims. Cabernet Sauvignon was planted here to make wine for the service. Today, this wine is also a partner in time, bringing out all its finesse and fullness. Beautiful depth built on lovely tannins. A great wine reflecting a great terroir and a great vintage.
