In a few words ...
"Château Pédesclaux will most certainly be nicknamed the "château-aquarium" following its setting in a glass case. The 2014 vintage is a blend of 53% Cabernet Sauvignon and 47% Merlot aged in 60% new barrels. Very precise and well-defined, the bouquet of this wine develops mineral aromas of infused black berries, graphite and cedar. The palate is moderately full-bodied, returning to chalky notes of black berries. The acidity is well blended, and the finish is elegant and refined. Château Pédesclaux warned us that it would produce a great wine... it could be this vintage." E-ROBERT PARKER, NEAL MARTIN - April 2015

Appearance
Dense, dark garnet color, drawing on purple in its youth.

The bouquet consists of black and red fruits, roasting, licorice and leather.

This is a very fine vintage, very pleasant on the palate with aromas of red fruit and black pepper, which satisfied all my guests without exception.
