Château Haut-Plantade is a 10.5-hectare family estate located on Bordeaux's oldest wine-growing terroir, in the heart of the Pessac-Leognan appellation. Practicing "viticulture raisonnée", with daily work on the soil and vines for an optimized environmental approach, and limiting to the strict minimum the impact on the fauna and flora of the property, it has thus obtained the label haute valeur environnementale level iii in 2019. Cold pre-fermentation, followed by traditional vinification.
