Assembly : 60% cabernet sauvignon - 40% merlot. vinification : manual harvest. Sustainable viticulture. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats for 3 weeks. Wines are aged in 100% barrels, 33% of which are new. TASTING : A beautiful deep color. A nose of red and black fruit aromas mixed with spicy notes.
