Appearance
The color is golden yellow with golden highlights.
Aroma
The nose reveals a rich, complex bouquet of ripe quince and apricot, with floral and spicy notes.

Taste
Young sweet whites are delicious, slightly jammy but still full of acidity. With age, they evolve towards more concentrated aromas, such as the bitterness of candied orange, hints of salted butter caramel and aromas of vanilla.
