In a few words ...
This bottle contains a single fermentation of Cabernet Franc. By this we mean that the grapes of this variety are not the only grape variety but, more simply, the only ingredient. This authentic vin nature, made up of 2015, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020, can be drunk young, on the fruit, but also refined over several years. It has been aged in jars, terracotta eggs, vats and old oak barrels.
