In a few words ...
La Roche Vineuse is a fine terroir in the Mâconnais region, following on from Roche de Solutré and Roche de Vergission (heading north). These terroirs are composed of fine limestone from the Upper Jurassic (160 to 140 million years ago) and are white in color, giving these wines a full-bodied, mineral finish.
Vinified from HVE3-certified grapes, the bunches are pneumatically pressed. The juices are placed in vats for static settling at low temperature for 24 hours. The clear juices are then transferred to stainless steel vats for temperature-controlled alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. After fermentation, the wines are aged on fine lees and in stainless steel tanks until bottling.

Taste
The palate is fruity, with good roundness and amplitude. The fruity notes and a hint of exotic fruit. A long finish gives it a fine balance.
