The 2020 vintage is greedy, fruity and well-structured. 100% Gamay. Sustainable viticulture, manual harvesting, whole grapes, frequent punching of the cap, malolactic fermentation, vinification using ancestral methods, pumping over, ageing in stainless steel tanks, light filtration, granitic soils.
