Domaine elodie roy - maranges - en buliet 2020the domaine elodie roy is located in cheilly-lès-maranges, in the côte de beaune in burgundy. Elodie roy initially obtained a degree in law, followed by an internship in banking, before turning to a master's degree in wines and spirits. After 11 years working at the domaine anne gros in the nightclub, she decided to take over the family vineyard planted by her grandfather and his father. A few years later, she set up her own winegrowing estate, cultivating 10 hectares in several appellations. She uses a sustainable viticulture method that respects the soil and the environment. Its first vintage was vinified in 2018, with its wines available for sale from 2019. All of his vineyards are vinified in-house, and some are sold off in order to invest in new equipment or to renovate the storage facility. The maranges en buliet blanc comes from 0.73 hectares of vines that are around 20 years old. Fermentation takes place in vats, followed by 11 months in 228-liter French oak barrels (of which 30% are new), and a further 2 months in vats.cépage : 100% chardonnay
