Coming from a deeply rooted in the vineyard family, she continues the work of his ancestors.           Florence, through its Franco-Philippine origins (Father champagne and a Filipina mother), conveys through his unpublished wines, a perfect knowledge of the development of an exceptional champagne. A History of Soils for exceptional vintages.      On a tailored vineyard (4 hectares) in the Valley of the Marne, Champagne Florence Duchene cultivates 56 plots located either side of the Marne, of Ay in Châtillon-sur-Marne with a mean age 40. The vineyard is planted on hillsides in clay and limestone, marl in trend. The varieties of our operations are Pinot Black (51%), Pinot Meunier (34%) and Chardonnay (15%). Our champagne, made exclusively from the Marne Valley, has a unique composition by the great diversity of soils and dominant varieties. His trademark brings champagne seductive complexity, balance and an attractive bouquet of aromas.         Duchêne Champagne Florence strives to cultivate its vineyards in a responsible culture. Our knowledge and awareness of wellness push us to be great observers of nature. We are also accompanied by an independent consultant, the Viticoncept network.          During the harvest, we reserve the right to select our grapes to achieve our champagne, it just depends on the quality of grapes and climatic conditions of the year.
