Pale golden colour with green highlights, fine, light bubbles

Its rich, fresh nose is subtle, immediately revealing aromas of preserved lemon and flowers (acacia and rose), before seductive scents of lime, pear and bergamot emerge with aeration.

Taste
It has a supple attack on the palate with aromas of mango and yellow melon, followed by strong notes of banana and candied fruit (apricot), and a subtle note of pear in syrup on the soft, creamy finish.
