Appearance
Golden yellow in color with pinkish highlights. The effervescence is fine and delicate.
Aroma
A first nose of yellow fruits, quite fresh and airy, which then opens up to show a slight patina, a hint of mirabelle plum tart.

Taste
The palate is juicy, like a yellow peach, with pineapple freshness and a hint of menthol. It begins to develop flavors of warm brioche, slightly candied citrus and dried pineapple. The finish is as fleshy as a mirabell.
