In a few words ...
It is aged for 4 years in our cellars. Unlike our other champagnes, brut nature is a non-dosed champagne (no added sugar) at disgorgement, allowing the terroir and vines to express themselves fully. Tasting notes of honey, stewed fruit and candied fruit make it both full-bodied and fresh on the palate, a well-balanced blend. maturation 4 years. 40% chardonnay, 10% meunier, 50% pinot noir. Sustainable viticulture, manual harvest, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats, use of selected yeasts, malolactic fermentation, classic vinification, direct pressing, aging in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats, blending, traditional cork, aging on laths before disgorging, limestone soils.
