Champagne besserat de bellefon grande tradition is a lovely, bright, light yellow. The wine is brilliant, with fine, persistent bubbles. Dominated by Chardonnay, the nose is floral, with tender notes of rose. A champagne of finesse and elegance. The attack is straightforward and genuinely fresh, offering an ample, well-structured wine with just the right balance. On the palate, the majority Pinots reveal their power with notes of strawberry and honey. Long, fleshy finish.
Serve at 8-10°c.
Classic vinification, without malolactic fermentation. Aged in cellars for a minimum of 48 months.
