Planting of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Blanc, Arbane, Petit Meslier and Chardonnay on the Avise terroir. This cuvée is aged in oak barrels, without filtration. Malolactic fermentation is complete. Rested on lees for 4 years and stirred by hand. Dosage is limited to 5 g sugar/liter and SO2 to 50 mg/liter.
