"Fine, fruity, brioche nose. Lots of fruit on the palate, with good ripeness. The dosage is balanced by the wine's acidic character. Relatively long, fruity finish." gault & millau. 65% meunier, 35% pinot noir. Whole harvest, fermentation in stainless steel vats, pressing, use of selected yeasts, malolactic fermentation, ageing in stainless steel vats, blending, traditional corking, ageing on lees.
