Ce champagne présente une robe jaune citronée aux reflets verts anis et nacrés. Le cordon est fin et régulier.
Aroma
Le nez est ample et ouvert. Il développe des senteurs de fruits secs (noisette, amande grillée effilée) avec des notes de miel et de citron confit.
Taste
La première sensation en bouche est vive, vite relayée par une impression douce et juteuse. On note des parfums de fruits exotiques (mangue) et la vanille signe la finale.
