A rosé expression of the Brut Carte Jaune, Veuve Clicquot Rosé has exactly the same structure: the intensity of Pinot Noir, which dominates and marks the house style, the finesse and elegance of Chardonnay and the roundness of Pinot Meunier. ASSEMBLAGE A blend of some 50 to 60 different crus, the cuvée's structure is based on the traditional style of Brut Carte Jaune: : 50-55% Pinot Noir 15 to 20% Pinot Meunier 28 to 33% Chardonnay
